Four ways in, one standard of rigor.
Firebase gets teams to a working product faster than almost anything else. It also lets teams defer decisions — about data modeling, security rules, and cost — that stop being deferrable once real users arrive. Our work starts where the prototype ends.
Every engagement is staffed with senior US engineers and billed hourly, as a project engagement or as staff augmentation alongside your team. Scope, staffing, and timeline are agreed through an initial conversation.
Firebase audit
A structured review of an existing Firebase app: security rules, Firestore data model and query patterns, Cloud Functions cost and cold-start behavior, and a line-by-line billing breakdown. You get a prioritized findings report — what to fix first, what can wait, and what is fine as it is.
Build & hardening
Design and build work on the Firebase stack itself: Firestore schemas shaped around your real query patterns, security rules written with tests, Cloud Functions architecture on Gen 2, App Check enforcement, and Auth flows that hold up in production.
Cost & performance engineering
When the bill or the latency graph is the problem: finding and fixing read/write amplification, deciding what to denormalize, designing bundle and cache strategies, and putting budget alerting in place so the next surprise is caught in hours, not at month end.
Scale-out & migration
For workloads that have outgrown Firebase primitives: moving hot paths to Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, or BigQuery while keeping the rest of the stack — or, when it is warranted, a full migration off Firebase with an incremental, verifiable cutover plan.
