FlameRangers hires senior US engineers who know Firebase the way operators know it — the security-rules semantics, the billing model, the Firestore query planner's moods — and who can carry that judgment into a client's codebase without breaking their team's stride.
Consulting here is hands-on engineering: you will write rules and their tests, reshape data models with measurements to justify the change, and run cutovers where the reconciliation check is the deliverable. You will also write down what you did and why, because the engagement ends with the client owning the system.
